The system comes with an array of modules, including a system control module, card cleaning module, input/output card holder module, magnetic encoding module, contact/contactless smart card personalization module, laser engraving module, one-step color printing module, single color printing module, basic card protection coating module, embossing/imprinting module, emulsion coating module, labeling module, barcode scanning module, film coating module to enhance the durability of DuraGard® laminate cards, and quality check module.

For added functionality, the MXD module can be used to personalize letters sent to customers, attach tags to letters, and fold letters. The MXi module is used to put the letter in the envelope and automatically re-glue it.
